The Koala Gum Shed at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is an interactive exhibit where you can see,feed and touch injured koalas recovering from surgery. The exhibit is an educational display about importance of gum leaves and the amount of gum leave required for each recovering koala from the Wildlife Hospital.

The Currumbin Wildlife Hospital admits over 8000 native animal patients annually, with each case receiving the highest level of veterinary care. Following their intensive treatment, the native animals are rehabilitated and released back into the wild. The hospital is a nonfor profit, to help the animals be sure to donate, every little bit helps.
